Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles and domains, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and senior roles across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Use various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job boards, social media) to build a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making processes with stakeholders.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and talent market insights.
