Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad / On-Site

Employment: Full-time

Experience: 0-2 years

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and a willingness to learn recruitment best practices.Freshers are welcome Prior experience as a recruiter or intern is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through internal database, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various disciplines and maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process with regular communication and updates
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior internship/experience in recruitment or HR is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
