About the RoleAs a Recruiter at Live Connections, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our clients' needs.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. ResponsibilitiesSource and attract candidates using various recruitment methods. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Preferred SkillsExperience in a specific industry relevant to our clients.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Pay range and compensation package We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
