Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services doctors and health packages Plan and execute promotional events health camps seminars and awareness programs Build and maintain relationships with doctors corporate clients diagnostic centers and referral partners Create and manage content for social media website brochures newsletters and other promotional materials Coordinate with print electronic and digital media for advertising and publicity Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Support patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns ROI and lead generation Collaborate with internal departments administration clinical operations to ensure branding consistency Represent the hospital at exhibitions community events and corporate meetings Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing preferred or general marketing Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills Knowledge of digital marketing social media and branding Ability to build strong networks and maintain client relations Result-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel for outreach programs and corporate visits Reporting To Marketing Manager Hospital Administrator Work Location Purnia Employment Type Full-Time Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location Remote
