
Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, doctors, and health packages.
- Plan and execute promotional events, health camps, seminars, and awareness programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate clients, diagnostic centers, and referral partners.
- Create and manage content for social media, website, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate with print, electronic, and digital media for advertising and publicity.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ROI, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal departments (administration, clinical, operations) to ensure branding consistency.
- Represent the hospital at exhibitions, community events, and corporate meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing (preferred) or general marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
- Ability to build strong networks and maintain client relations.
- Result-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for outreach programs and corporate visits.
