Key responsibilities: - Monitoring and auditing:Regularly auditing branches within the region to check for process adherence and compliance with banking and RBI guidelines. - Process improvement:Highlighting deviations from standard processes, providing guidance for corrections, and drafting new processes or formats as needed. - Training and development:Developing training materials, manuals, and quizzes, and delivering regular training sessions to branch staff on banking processes and regulatory requirements. - Operational support:Guiding and providing timely tips to branch teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations. - Performance management:Monitoring the learning management system index of team members and other officials to ensure performance meets the required levels. - Reporting:Releasing reports on process deviations and the actions taken to address them.
