Zycus University Candidate with an excellent communications skills along with Product training experience would ideal match for this role Candidate should Intervene to conduct Root Cause Analysis implement Corrective and Preventive actions for any client dissatisfaction process deviation or delivery misses Candidate with certified on procurement industry practices would be added advantage Domain knowdelge in Procurement Supply chain entire supply chain function knowledge would be added advantage to the role TTT certified preferred This is a key client facing role that calls for identification and implementation of Organziational Change Management OCM projects for global clients The Client Change Consultant Trainer also manages the training operations and will be looked at to stay abreast of practices that continually support user learning requirements trends Roles Responsibilities Create and lead Change Management projects for clients -
