Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to train and mentor our call center agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that improve sales performance, enhance product knowledge, and ensure a customer-centric approach. The role requires expertise in sales techniques, call center operations, and adult learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing call center sales agents.
  • Conduct interactive sales training on solar products, customer handling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Implement role-playing exercises, mock calls, and real-time coaching to enhance agent skills.
  • Monitor calls to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Provide real-time feedback and coaching to agents to enhance their sales conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer in a call center or tele-sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and customer psychology.
  • Experience in training design, development, and delivery (in-person and virtual).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and call center software.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., NLP, Train-the-Trainer) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and suggest improvements.
