Job Description

What You Will Do:

- Be the primary point of contact for all inbound merchant leads coming through multiple sources.
- Engage with merchants via calls/emails, understand their requirements, and recommend the most suitable Cashfree solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demos to showcase value and build merchant confidence.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates and merchant activation.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding and transaction initiation.
- Provide a smooth onboarding experience, acting as a trusted partner for new merchants.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other Cashfree products to existing merchants.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure merchant needs are met and feedback is captured for continuous improvement.

What You Will Need:

- 2+ years of experience in fintech, online payments, or B2B SaaS (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and presentation.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience with high-volume calling and relationship-building.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting and trusted merchant relationships.
