Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Design Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for design. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients—helping them visualize their dream space while guiding them through our services, design process, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries through calls, walk-ins or referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate effectively with the design team.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client handovers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in interior design, business, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in interior design sales, real estate, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for home design and the ability to read floor plans is a plus.
