Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Manager role located in Pune. The Business Manager will lead day-to-day operations, manage financial performance, and implement effective strategies to achieve the company's business objectives. Core responsibilities include supervising team performance, improving operational efficiency, monitoring budgets, and driving business growth. Additionally, the Business Manager will align departmental activities with strategic goals and ensure customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of services and products. Qualifications - Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and operations management - Strong financial acumen with budget management and cost-analysis expertise - Proficiency in leadership, team management, and performance optimization skills - Knowledge of marketing, sales, and customer relationship management - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills - Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and strategize growth opportunities - Familiarity with manufacturing and industrial processes, particularly relating to radiators, is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
