Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our Saha location. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage the organization's HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, enhancing employee onboarding experiences, planning and executing training programs, facilitating performance management, and ensuring employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with leadership to address workforce needs and maintain a positive company culture. Qualifications Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement strategies, and organizational development Knowledge of training and development, including planning and implementing skill-building programs Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Ability to handle conflict resolution, employee relations, and foster a positive work environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Previous HR management experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus
