Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Gurugram. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through effective communication, generating and following up on leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes understanding customer needs, addressing queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales to achieve targets. As a key part of the sales team, the Telesales Executive will help foster strong customer relationships while contributing to the company's growth. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively - Proven abilities in customer service and customer support to ensure client satisfaction - Experience in lead generation and sales with a results-driven approach - Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships - Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Basic computer literacy and knowledge of CRM software tools - Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial
