We’re hiring a Head Coach for the Bengaluru Torpedoes Volleyball Academy. Open to strong Development Coaches with experience coaching kids across U10 - U16 age groups. If you’ve built players from the ground up and love shaping the next generation of volleyball players, this is your stage. Your role You’ll lead the academy’s technical direction, mentor coaches and build training programs that actually move the needle. You’ll be responsible for developing players across age groups, creating a model that reflects the Torpedoes' identity, and setting standards on and off the court. You’ll manage sessions, oversee athlete progress, and work closely with management to keep the academy aligned with our long-term vision. What we’re looking for - A coach with strong technical knowledge of the modern game - Experience in leading youth development programs. - Someone who communicates with clarity and connects easily with young athletes. - A leader who cares as much about the person as the player - A mindset that matches the Torpedoes’ DNA: intense, curious, hungry and fearless - Ability to drive structure, maintain discipline and build a positive environment Date of Joining Early 2025 - Ideally in January.
