POSITION: AVP Recruitment REPORTS TO: Vice President - Recruitment LOCATION: Bangalore, India ROLE OVERVIEW: As the Head of Recruitment, you will hold a strategic leadership position responsible for managing and enhancing our client-focused recruitment efforts. You will drive the recruitment function, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and success of both our clients and our organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clients, aligning them with their business objectives and market trends. - Lead a team of recruiters to source, attract, and onboard top-tier candidates. - Mentor, guide, and oversee the recruitment team, providing direction and support to achieve client-specific hiring targets and maintain service excellence. - Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Internal & External Clients. Understand their talent needs and recruitment goals to provide tailored solutions. - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for client accounts, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects positively on both the client and our organization. - Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. - Coordinate and manage recruitment projects, campaigns, and bulk-hiring initiatives as required by clients, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. - Regularly engage with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights. Build rapport and act as a trusted advisor. - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success and present reports to clients showcasing the value delivered. - Coaches and mentors’ staff to adopt new tools, technologies, and AI-enabled processes. - Demonstrates the ability to align AI and automation initiatives with long-term business goals. - Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, promoting them as employers of choice. QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Master’s/bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field - Proven experience of 15 + years in Recruitment and Staffing, with significant time spent managing 360-degree recruitment for both IT & Non-IT, preferably in the Middle Eastern market - Proven track record leading AI/automation projects (RPA, analytics, workflow systems). - Strong understanding of the staffing industry, client needs, and market dynamics - Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing recruitment teams and client accounts. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for effective interactions with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. - Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment strategies with diverse client requirements. - Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems(ATS), recruitment software, and relevant tools.
