Job Title City Head Location Mumbai Reports to National Sales Head Role Overview The City Head - Mumbai will be responsible for leading Circolife s business operations sales growth and service excellence across the Mumbai region This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong experience in direct B2B selling large team management 25-30 members and operational execution The incumbent will drive customer acquisition build scalable systems and processes and ensure high service uptime across key sectors The role demands agility strategic thinking and a growth-oriented mindset to scale Circolife s footprint in one of India s most dynamic markets Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end city operations encompassing sales service delivery and customer experience Drive direct B2B sales growth across HoReCa in different segment including but not limited to wellness hospitality education and institutional segments Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through local market development and lead generation Own key account relationships and forge strategic partnerships to accelerate regional growth Build train and lead a high-performing field sales team 25-30 members fostering accountability and excellence Monitor performance metrics ensuring consistent achievement of revenue retention and service KPIs Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing operations and service teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes Ensure high service uptime and responsiveness through efficient process execution and issue resolution Champion a culture of ownership agility and problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment Requirements MBA with 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in Consumer Durables Appliances or Subscription-based services Proven success in direct selling to institutional clients with ability to close complex high-touch deals independently Demonstrated experience leading large field teams with strong capabilities in coaching performance management and retention Skilled in designing scalable sales processes Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for growth market penetration and operational excellence Strong execution capabilities analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills Must exhibit integrity accountability and the ability to lead by example
