Prorata is India's first fractional car ownership platform, allowing customers to co-own their dream car by paying as little as 8.33% of the total cost. The platform enables groups of 4-12 people within a locality to co-own a car, which can be used for 30 days per year for five years before being sold. Co-owners can reserve dates through the Prorata app, which offers a doorstep pickup and drop service. This model is ideal for occasional and experiential usage, not for daily commutes.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in MUMBAI with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential customers, presenting the benefits of Prorata's fractional ownership, and managing relationships with existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Experience in the automotive or real estate industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
