Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Education Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding career choices, course selection, and admission procedures, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, career options, and admission processes. - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively. - Understand student needs and guide them towards suitable courses and institutions. - Maintain and update student databases and records regularly. - Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing. - Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets. - Conduct tele-counselling, webinars, and one-on-one sessions for prospective students. - Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and campus drives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure positive word-of-mouth and referrals. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Management preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and persuasive abilities. - Good command of English and Hindi. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). - Prior experience in counselling, sales, or the education sector will be an added advantage.
