Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Education Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding career choices, course selection, and admission procedures, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, career options, and admission processes. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively. Understand student needs and guide them towards suitable courses and institutions. Maintain and update student databases and records regularly. Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets. Conduct tele-counselling, webinars, and one-on-one sessions for prospective students. Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and campus drives. Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure positive word-of-mouth and referrals. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Management preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and persuasive abilities. Good command of English and Hindi. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Prior experience in counselling, sales, or the education sector will be an added advantage.
