With a strong presence in the education sector, we collaborate with reputable universities, colleges, and institutions to help students make informed decisions about their careers.Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Education Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding career choices, course selection, and admission procedures, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, career options, and admission processes.- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively.- Understand student needs and guide them towards suitable courses and institutions.- Maintain and update student databases and records regularly.- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.- Conduct tele-counselling, webinars, and one-on-one sessions for prospective students.- Participate in promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, and campus drives.- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to ensure positive word-of-mouth and referrals.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Management preferred).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong sales and persuasive abilities.- Good command of English and Hindi.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).- Prior experience in counselling, sales, or the education sector will be an added advantage.Key Competencies:- Student-centric approach- Empathy and active listening- Problem-solving and decision-making skills- Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude- Team player with a positive outlook
