This individual will collaborate closely with the tech team, and devise comprehensive strategies to optimize YouTube ad performance for our clients. If you have a passion for digital advertising, love driving impactful results on YouTube, and enjoy mentoring others, we'd love to talk with you Key Responsibilities: YouTube Channel Growth & Strategy - Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for VeeFly's YouTube channel to drive consistent growth in subscribers, watch time, engagement, and conversions. - Develop and implement data-backed content strategies aligned with YouTube SEO, trending topics, and audience behavior. - Design and execute campaigns to enhance channel visibility, video performance, and overall reach, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. - Plan and optimize content calendars and publishing schedules to maintain a consistent posting rhythm that supports growth goals. - Continuously test and refine thumbnail designs, metadata, titles, and CTAs to improve audience retention and CTR. ROI & Performance Optimization - Define and own channel-level KPIs including subscriber growth, engagement rate, view-through rate, watch time, and ROI on ad campaigns. - Work with the performance marketing team to optimize YouTube ad strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and lead generation. - Analyze and interpret YouTube Analytics, Google Ads data, and other performance dashboards to identify insights and growth opportunities. - Leverage insights to improve video performance, reduce cost per view (CPV), and maximize overall return on investment (ROI). Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead, mentor, and guide a team of video editors, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality, performance-driven video content. - Collaborate with Creative, Performance Marketing, Tech, and Product teams to ensure cohesive execution of YouTube strategies. - Act as the key point of contact and decision-maker for all channel-related initiatives from creative direction to paid campaign optimization. - Foster a data-led, growth-oriented culture within the team, encouraging experimentation and continuous learning. Reporting, Insights & Innovation - Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. - Track emerging trends, new features, and algorithm updates on YouTube and integrate them into the channel's strategic roadmap. - Benchmark channel performance against competitors and industry standards to ensure VeeFly maintains a leading presence in the YouTube marketing ecosystem. - Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer tie-ups, or partnerships that can accelerate channel growth and audience reach. Qualifications & Requirements: - YouTube Channel Growth Expertise: Demonstrated experience in guiding and growing YouTube channels, including content strategy, SEO optimization, and audience development. - Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to draw actionable insights from campaign performance. - Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and persuasively. - Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated. - Technical Acumen: Familiarity with YouTube analytics, third-party social media monitoring tools, or other ad tech platforms is a plus.
