Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and foster subscriber growth. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, including uploading videos, optimizing content for search, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging. - Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and social media teams to create compelling video content aligned with the company's goals. - Analyze YouTube analytics to track channel performance and optimize video content based on data-driven insights. - Develop and implement strategies to improve video SEO, enhance discoverability, and increase viewer retention. - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and other audience interactions to foster community engagement. - Stay current with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the channel's growth and success.
