Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales manger with a minimum of 5 years of experience The ideal candidate should have a passion for tele-calling leads training franchisees and also willing to travel outside the state totally on Company s expense once or twice a month and Full training will be provided Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound tele-calling to potential leads and follow up on inquiries Present our products services effectively to generate sales Travel outside the state once or twice a month for face-to-face meetings or training sessions Provide training and support to franchise partners as needed Maintain accurate records of calls sales and customer information willingness to LEARN Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in tele sales or a related field Willingness to travel outside the state as required Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to train and support franchisees effectively Self-motivated target-driven and results-oriented Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Ability to commute relocate Panjim Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Are you willing to Travel inter state for Clint visit Experience Sales 5 years Required Work Location In person
