Maintain and update guest lists using RSVP software, spreadsheets, or CRM tools. Follow up with non-responders via phone, email, or text in a polite and professional manner. Confirm guest details such as dietary restrictions, seating preferences, and plus-ones. Coordinate closely with event planners, venue teams, and hospitality staff to relay attendance numbers. Prepare daily or weekly RSVP reports and guest count updates for management. Ensure VIP guests are given appropriate attention, including personalized confirmations or reminders. Handle last-minute guest changes, cancellations, and replacements.
