- They ensures that all the transactions and interactions are transparent thus enabling to nurture long term relationship with the customers, partners and all the stakeholders.
- Job Title: Guest Relation Executive - Real Estate - Thane
- Job Responsibility:

- 1. Maintain cordial relations with customers.
- 2.regular after sales follow up and handle customer grievances, complaints and claims.
- 3. Ensuring all details of guests are taken on guest information form.
- 4. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- 5.To look after arrangements of Club house items.
- 6. To ensure that proper hospitality service is given to the clients/visitors.
- 7.To ensure that the sitting arrangement in overall office premises i.e., meeting room, conference room etc. are maintained in proper order.
- 8.Handling the couriers. i.e., receiving & making the courier entries & delivering it to the right person.
- 9.Coordinate with Site Engineer, Plumbers and Electricians for resolving customer complaint
- 10. Should work closely with sales team and provide any support required.11. Should be able to handle admin activities for the Sales office including petty cash, maintaining stock etc.
