As an intern, you will support our business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in strategic initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, partnership development, and sales strategy execution while working closely with industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging trends. - Generate leads through various channels such as emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and industry partners. - Assist in developing and executing business strategies to expand Career Helps reach. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility. - Support in the creation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches. - Monitor and analyze industry trends to provide valuable insights for business growth. - Engage in client communication to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. - Assist in partnership development with universities, training institutes, and corporate firms. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative business solutions. Qualifications: - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Basic knowledge of business development, sales, or marketing. - Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus. - Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate.
