About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executives schedule, appointments, and

meetings.

Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic/international travel, including accommodations

and itineraries.

Communication & Correspondence: Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.

Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners as required.

Office & Task Management: Oversee office supplies, event planning, and administrative support tasks.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.

Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Professional discretion and problem-solving skills.
