Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist intern to join our dynamic team in Indore. This internship is ideal for a fresher looking to start their career in sales. The role involves supporting our sales department in generating leads and closing sales through social media channels and partner references.

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience or knowledge in network management, ensuring reliable and efficient system performance through regular maintenance.
- Ability to manage security measures to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access or breaches.
- Proficiency in scripting to automate routine tasks and enhance system efficiency.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies to streamline operations and reduce hardware costs.
- Experience in backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and swift recovery in emergencies.
- System administration skills to support and maintain IT infrastructure crucial for daily operations (Mandatory skill).
- Monitoring skills to keep track of system performance and address potential issues proactively (Mandatory skill).
- Capability in troubleshooting to effectively identify and resolve technical problems that may arise (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by generating leads through social media and partner networks.
- Support in coordinating sales activities and initiatives that align with company goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for analysis and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies focusing on customer engagement and retention.
- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes through innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development activities to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge.
