Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist located in Indore. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with bank partners and driving insurance sales through the bank network. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, product presentations, and follow-up activities. The role involves working closely with bank staff to identify customer needs, provide training on insurance products, and ensure seamless service delivery. The specialist will also handle policy documentation and customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of insurance products and bancassurance practices
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
