About the Role: looking for an immediate joiner We're seeking a smart, sharp, and relentless Procurement Executive who knows how to get things done — no excuses, no delays. This role demands someone who can chase deadlines, coordinate tirelessly, and ensure timely deliveries, even when vendors or transporters are difficult to reach. You'll be the key link between our design, operations, and vendor network — ensuring that every surface we promise is delivered on time, every time. Key Responsibilities: 1.Procurement & Sourcing: - Source tiles, stones, and surface materials from Morbi, Udaipur, and other regions. - Negotiate best prices and delivery terms while maintaining Kasa Decor's quality standards. 2.Vendor & Transport Coordination: - Build strong relationships and maintain constant communication with suppliers and transporters — especially those who are difficult to reach. - Ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of materials to meet strict project timelines. - Follow up aggressively to ensure no delay goes unresolved. 3.Delivery & Deadline Management: - Plan procurement schedules aligned with project timelines. - Anticipate potential delays and proactively implement solutions. 4.Documentation & Systems: - Create and maintain purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices in Tally ERP. - Track material movement, cost, and vendor payments using Google Sheets / Excel. - Maintain up-to-date procurement records and reports. 5.Quality & Cost Control: - Inspect materials before dispatch and after delivery to ensure quality compliance. - Optimize sourcing costs while upholding design and finish integrity. Skills & Requirements: - Experience: 2–5 years in procurement, logistics, or supply coordination (tile, stone, or building material industry preferred). - Strong hands-on experience with Tally, Google Sheets, and Excel. - Familiarity with vendor documentation and transport coordination. - Excellent communication and follow-up skills. - Highly organized, persistent, and deadline-focused. - Street-smart and solution-oriented mindset — able to handle unresponsive vendors and still deliver results.
