Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Branch Operations Executive to manage renewals and branch activities. This role is a blend of field and administrative work, with a strong focus on customer service and service to sales through relationship management. The ideal candidate will be adept at communication and problem-solving, ensuring smooth operations and high customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage renewals by collaborating with stakeholders across all levels.
- Connect with customers through various channels like voice calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, and field visits to facilitate renewals.
- Engage with orphan policyholders to provide service, handle renewals, and refer upselling opportunities to the sales teams.
- Ensure the smooth login of New Business (NB) cases and resolve any discrepancies with the sales teams.
- Reconcile daily receipts and manage banking activities.
- Facilitate all customer servicing, including claims, and ensure a First Time Right (FTR) approach for all policy requests.
- Manage branch activities according to documented processes and ensure full compliance.
- Oversee the timely maintenance of branch infrastructure and resolve any discrepancies.
- Identify, analyze, evaluate, and mitigate risks for all branch operations processes.

- This role is approximately 80% a field job that involves meeting customers for renewals.
