We are seeking a skilled and motivated MSBI Developer with a strong foundation in SQL Server development and hands-on experience with SSIS. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for performance tuning and optimization, along with the ability to understand and work with existing codebases. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain SQL Server solutions. - Work with Excel-based reporting and data outputs. - Optimize database performance and write efficient queries. - Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation of developed components. - Quickly analyze and understand existing logic and workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Must-Have Skills - 2 to 4 years of professional experience in SQL Server development. - Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. - Experience with Excel-based reporting. - Solid understanding of performance tuning and query optimization. - Good debugging and unit testing practices. - Ability to learn quickly and understand legacy code. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) - Familiarity with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) - Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
