Job description:

  • Must have knowledge in SQL Server environment, T-SQL, writing complex procedures, functions, views & performance tuning.
  • Must have worked on SSRS reports, PowerBI development and maintenance.
  • Should be good in databases concepts and design, understanding of MS SQL Server databases.
  • Good understanding of SSIS Package Development, debugging & deployment
  • Understand requirements with business analyst/product owner/end users.
  • Provide work breakdown structure for requirements and estimation for the individual items.
  • Get peer review of code and ensure all the review comments are incorporated before the code drop during the Sprint.
  • Follow the coding standards and best practices prescribed.
  • Unit testing of code.
  • Build and deployment of code into dev and QA environment.
  • Participate meaningfully in all scrum ceremonies like grooming, planning, demos, and Retrospective.
  • Provide user support for any issues, queries, and reports.
  • Fixing bugs identified as part of system testing and in production.
  • Code refactoring to have maintainable code with minimal technical debts.
