About The Role We're seeking an experienced Power BI & MSBI Developer to support the development of corporate reports, management dashboards, self-service analytics, and embedded visualization solutions. You'll work closely with the team to design, develop, and deploy Power BI-based enterprise dashboards, integrating advanced reporting capabilities and data models to empower senior leaders, data analysts, and business users with actionable insights. Scope of Work - Build Power BI dashboard reports and embed analytics using Power BI APIs. - Develop management reports, data analytics, and supporting datasets in collaboration with CSIAR's BI team. - Create and enhance corporate dashboards, self-service analytics, and data-driven reports for business users. - Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate flows for workflow automation. - Develop Power BI datasets, models, and DAX-based calculations. - Create paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder. - Integrate Power BI with internal systems using Power BI REST APIs. - Work within Agile environments, manage traceability in Azure DevOps, and ensure code optimization and adherence to IFC standards. - Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and post-release support artifacts. Skills & Experience Required - 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development using Microsoft technologies. - Expert-level proficiency in: - Power BI Desktop, Report Builder, Power Apps, Power Automate - MSBI Suite (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) - Power BI REST API & Embedded Analytics - Strong SQL & PL/SQL expertise with Oracle (19c/18c/12c) and MS SQL Server. - Experience working with data warehouse and BI technologies, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema. - Proficiency in Azure cloud services, data modeling, and data performance tuning. - Familiarity with Microsoft Analysis Services, PostgreSQL, and composite data virtualization tools. - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
