At Iron Mountain we know that work when done well makes a positive impact for our customers our employees and our planet Thats why we need smart committed people to join us Whether youre looking to start your career or make a change talk to us and see how you can elevate the power of your work at Iron Mountain We provide expert sustainable solutions in records and information management digital transformation services data centers asset lifecycle management and fine art storage handling and logistics We proudly partner every day with our 225 000 customers around the world to preserve their invaluable artifacts extract more from their inventory and protect their data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways Are you curious about being part of our growth stor y while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions If so let s start the conversation Consultant Sales Operations CX COE Data Steward Our Sales Operations mission is to define and drive strategic and operational improvements across the company such as revenue generation implementing innovation to improve productivity and most importantly improving our sales and partner teams experience to do what they do best sell The Sales Operations team strives to Data Steward Be the companys connective tissue so cross-functional teams work effectively with shared objectives Use data to provide insight and use insight to drive actions Think big to solve big problems and get down to details when needed Advise demonstrate growth mindset and build trust with our business partners Work humbly and embrace ambiguity Delight customers and co-workers Get things done The Sales Operations Senior Analyst will regularly interact closely with IT HR Finance and regional Commercial teams and assist with operationalizing a data driven go-to-market strategy operational execution readiness and key transformational initiatives needed to drive hyper growth This role will support programs and projects that implement new capabilities to scale the business continuously improve existing systems and processes and provide oversight on all phases of led initiatives Key Responsibilities Role will support and work together to support following initiatives and report to the Director of the Commercial Team Contribute to the analytics techniques on a very large set of diverse data from connected assets anomaly detection business analytics data visualization Contribute to teams by solving problems of medium to high complexity in analytics approach related digital technology or business domainCollaborate with the Commercial senior team to inform decision-making through data analysis This includes assisting in planning for long-term growth and actively participating in the development of processes reports and metrics for overarching strategies and daily operationsContribute to teams by solving problems of medium to high complexity in analytics approach related digital technology or business domainHelp create solutions for product roadmap and customer-driven requirementsWork with reporting managers data architects and data analysts to deliver analytics based solutions Assist in designing and executing predictive modeling projects using statistical methods and machine learning techniques Identify resolve and escalate any issues impeding project successTalk to the sales team and their leaders to collect feedback and pinpoint problems with our processes tools or any support that s lacking Then analyze the root causes of these issues and work with different teams to find solutions that make things better Actively participate in transformational programs focused on modernizing commercial processes systems and reporting analyticsBusiness acumen of working with ITES sales supports or likemind organizations This individual will interface with numerous internal groups and must be able to quickly form productive and positive working relationships with staff along with varying technical and business knowledge and skill levels across multiple business units Minimum Requirements Quantitative Bachelor degree - MBA preferred but not required 10 years of working experience with the following backgrounds management consulting finance sales operations compensation and business transformation Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skillsAdvanced financial and business acumenExceptional communication and presentation skillsHigh Emotional intelligenceStrong attention to details with ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverablesSelf-starter and autonomous ability to multitask work independently prioritize and get things doneAdvanced proficiency in the Google Suite including Google Data Studio Salesforce com Tableau and BI Data warehouses Strong knowledge of SQL Python Tableau visualization Machine learning certification or exposure would be good to have Category Sales Operations Group
