Job description Person having knowledge of Travel and Tourism will be given preferences Person having good knowledge of India destinations Rajasthan Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements Provide expert travel advice and tailor travel solutions to meet client needs Manage the entire booking process ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations Stay updated on travel industry trends competitor offerings and new product developments Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives Handle customer queries resolve complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of sales activities client interactions and bookings using CRM and travel booking systems Participate in travel exhibitions sales tours and networking events to generate leads and promote Bayard Vacations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Tourism Hospitality Business or a related field preferred Prior experience in travel sales tour operations or related customer-facing roles is highly desirable Strong sales negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM systems Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 09 2025
