**Looking for Corporate Travel Desk Executive for Travel Agency, Noida**

**Roles and Responsibilities**: We are looking for a corporate travel desk executive who will help our clients travel planning, ticketing & visa, boarding & lodging for local, domestic and international locations for client's staff.
- Coordinating with hotels, Ticketing agencies and vendors for Lucrative packages.
- Planning and booking through online portals of travel agents
- Ensuring all travel needs and arrangements and operations are smooth and hassle free for the client staff.
- Coordinating with finance and HR of the corporate to manage all documentation and formalities for pre and post-travel.
- Planning and processing travel arrangements for multiple employees at one-time.
- Managing End to End Travel for Employees and Top Management.
- Maintaining a corporate long term relationship with Hotels and ticketing agencies and should be experienced in Vendor Management & People management.
- Negotiating rates and contracts with travel service providers.
- Maintaining and sharing monthly employee travel report & Travel MIS.
- Maintaining all official records related to International travelling.
- Arranging events & domestic conferences.
- Continuously work towards the improvement of travel programs

**Experience and Skills** : Minimum experience: 3 - 4 years
- **Qualification** : Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Great interpersonal and **communication skills**:

- Good **Time managemen**t skills
- Internet savvy
- Good knowledge about travel booking, hotel booking, visa requirements, travel planning, international travel requirements, domestic travel guidelines etc.
- Should be able to a self-starter and handle hotel bookings, sightseeing and other travel related services by themselves.
- Good spoken English and Hindi skills

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
