We are currently hiring forCredit Solutions SpecialistforNoidalocation.

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented person to join ourBusiness Loanteam. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads for various types of loans, reaching out to potential qualified customers, explaining business loan products, and supporting the sales team in achieving disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers (SMEs, traders, professionals, etc.) for business loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application process in a clear and convincing manner.
- Identify customer needs and guide them towards suitable loan offerings.
- Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and follow up with prospects until closure.
- Coordinate with sales officers/relationship managers for lead conversion and loan disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and RBI / Regulatory requirements while interacting with customers.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Finance, or related).
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling/tele sales in BFSI (preferably business loans, personal loans, SME loans, or credit cards).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of local language will be an added advantage).
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and build rapport with potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, KYC, and loan processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure.
