- Expert-level knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
- Strong expertise in MySQL (schema design, query optimization, replication, clustering, performance tuning).
- Experience with scalability, distributed systems, and high-availability design.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work on complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring in high-performing teams.

- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) alongside MySQL.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of security best practices in application and database design.
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and architecture
