Position: Credit Manager / Credit Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate personal loan applications as per company policy.
  • Analyze customer financials, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity.
  • Verify documents including bank statements, salary slips, KYC, and employment details.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
  • Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) for loan approvals.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and assist in recovery processes when required.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI and NBFC credit policies.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports for credit decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and loan processing.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess risk.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with credit bureau reports (CIBIL/Experian/CRIF) preferred.
  • Team player with ability to handle pressure and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Credit / Loan Underwriting (NBFC/Banks/FinTech).
