About Acquiring The cards product team focuses on building the product propositions programs and features that enable us to build a best in class product suite in the market Axis is the 4th largest in the cards industry and is one of the fastest growing cards business in the industry Cards product works closely with other critical functions like sales risk alliances operations marketing IT to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers About the Role Problem solving Customer requests complaints to be addressed with proper resolution Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders for resolution of a complaint Training fulfilment as per the calendar Governance cadence adherence Systems Processes - Management Compliances Build on discipline compliance customer experience Fulfilment of Kanban metrics targets Key Responsibilities Be highly driven individuals who aspire to achieve excellence as part of the project To attain excellent stakeholder management across region Engage with merchants to gather feedback and improve across initiatives Liaison with teams within outside MAB across various initiatives and dependencies Drive team enablement with programs such as trainings rewards and recognitions etc Problem solving Customer requests complaints to be addressed with proper resolution Escalate issues within internal and external teams as when required to ensure that end resolution is provided to customers Nodal complaints Top management complaints MD escalated complaints to be addressed on priority with proper resolution Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders for resolution of a complaint Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Post Graduate degree Required Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job a candidate should possess the following Skills Good communication both verbal written and inter-personal skills Partner relationship management Abilities Ability to prioritize track and follow-up across functions for implementation managing internal teams Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies to build engagement and drive adoption with customers Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
