Role Description This is a full-time on-site Aptitude Trainer position based in Tirupati. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering lessons on quantitative, verbal, and logical aptitude to students preparing for campus placements. The role involves planning and conducting engaging training sessions, mentoring students to understand concepts thoroughly, and providing tips and strategies to solve aptitude questions effectively. The trainer will also assess students performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and succeed in their placement examinations. Qualifications - Proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability - Strong teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively - Experience in training or mentoring students for campus placement exams or competitive examinations - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and guide students - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - A bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field - Familiarity with placement processes for tech companies is an advantage
