Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging product demos to prospects and customers
- Manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ensure pipeline data accuracy
- Support and track sales outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Qualify and follow up with leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth handovers
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment
- Generate reports on customer engagement and sales pipeline status
- Act as a key point of contact for both potential and existing customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development role within a SaaS environment
- Strong experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Proven ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to lead generation and outreach tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organised with a customer-first mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience in outbound prospecting
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist)
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics and growth principles
- Experience working with global teams or in a startup environment
