About the Role We're looking for a passionate Product Manager with hands-on experience in platform-led monetization and loyalty programs. In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of a loyalty and rewards ecosystem that drives incremental revenue, enhances user engagement, and boosts retention. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design reward constructs, identify monetizable user behaviors, and launch data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. This is a high-impact role that blends business acumen, analytical thinking, and product innovation. What You'll Do - Define and execute the loyalty and monetization roadmap, focusing on revenue growth, renewals, and customer stickiness. - Design and optimize reward structures, tiers, and premium benefits aligned with key business KPIs. - Use data and analytics to identify high-value touchpoints, increase transaction share, and maximize ROI. - Partner with sales, finance & field teams to launch campaigns, drive adoption and measurable revenue outcomes. - Work closely with engineering and design to translate business goals into seamless product experiences. - Continuously track performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to refine product strategy. What We're Looking For - 35 years of experience in Product Management, Loyalty, Platform Growth, or Monetization roles. - Strong customer-first mindset with proven ability to make data-driven decisions. - Experience of working in Agile environment, managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and ensuring timely releases. - Strong data analytical and problem-solving abilities to guide prioritization. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills. Technical background (BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline/experience.
