DEVELOPING & LAUNCHING INNOVATIVE MICROGRID SOLUTIONS FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL

APPLICATIONS.

THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTABLISHING A

STRONG CHANNEL PARTNER NETWORK TO GENERATE SALES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. CHANNEL PARTNER DEVELOPMENT & SALES GROWTH

• IDENTIFY, ONBOARD, AND DEVELOP RENEWABLE ENERGY CHANNEL PARTNERS AND

SYSTEM INTEGRATORS ACROSS INDIA.

• BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS, RESELLERS, AND

EPC CONTRACTORS.

• DEVELOP AND EXECUTE GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGIES

• LEVERAGE EXTENSIVE CHANNEL-BUILDING EXPERIENCE TO ACCELERATE MARKET

PENETRATION.

• NEGOTIATE PRICING AND CONTRACT TERMS WITH CHANNEL PARTNERS FOR

SUSTAINABLE SALES

2. MARKET RESEARCH & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

• CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, INDUSTRY

TRENDS, AND COMPETITIVE THREATS.

• DEVELOP BUSINESS STRATEGIES ALIGNED WITH SAURZA’S GROWTH VISION AND SALES

TARGETS

• COLLABORATE WITH MARKETING TEAMS TO CREATE COMPELLING SALES AND

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

• 5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / CHANNEL SALES,

PREFERABLY IN:

o RENEWABLE ENERGY (SOLAR, ENERGY STORAGE, LITHIUM BATTERIES)

o POWER QUALITY & POWER MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

• BACHELOR'S/MASTER’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS, ENGINEERING, OR A RELATED FIELD.

• UNDERSTANDING OF SOLAR + STORAGE SOLUTIONS, ENERGY MANAGEMENT, AND

POWER ELECTRONICS.

• TECHNICAL ACUMEN – ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND POSITION TECHNICAL ENERGY

SOLUTIONS TO CUSTOMERS.

• STRONG NEGOTIATION & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

• GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY – ABILITY TO LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS AND SCALE THEM

ACROSS MULTIPLE GEOGRAPHIES.

• SELF-STARTER & TEAM PLAYER – ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND

COLLABORATE CROSS - FUNCTIONALLY.
