Responsibilities Developing and Implementing Policies Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with environmental regulations at site Risk Assessment Identify potential hazards related to the works and develop strategies to mitigate these risks Training and Communication Conduct training sessions for employees workers on safety practices and environmental protection and promote a culture of safety awareness Compliance Management Ensure the project adheres to all relevant health safety and environmental laws and regulations Emergency Response Planning Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various potential incidents Incident Investigation and Reporting Investigate workplace incidents or accidents and report findings to appropriate parties Environmental Management Implement strategies for waste management pollution control and sustainable practices Continuous Improvement Regularly review and update EHS policies and procedures to improve safety standards Qualifications BE B Tech in Civil Mechanical Electrical on regular basis and Diploma in Industrial Safety Exp Minimum 15 yrs of experience in Hydro PSP site projects
