Serving over 1 million truckers across 1 lakh villages, BlackBuck integrates robust digital infrastructure to cater to needs like load matching, payment solutions, telematics, driver behavior analysis, and financial services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and client retention. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, developing strategic account plans, identifying new growth opportunities, and acting as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts. The role will involve monitoring performance, solving client-related issues, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service. Qualifications - Experience in client management, customer relationship management, and account strategy development. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster and maintain key client relationships. - Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting to ensure client satisfaction and business efficiency. - Understanding of the logistics or transport industry is highly desirable. - Ability to work on-site in Kanpur and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills. - A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in relevant software tools for account management and reporting is a plus.
