Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Accounts Executive located in Chennai. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, addressing their logistics needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Key Accounts Executive will analyze client requirements, provide customized logistics solutions, oversee cargo movement processes, collaborate with internal teams to deliver services, and handle client escalations to ensure smooth operations. The role also focuses on maintaining strong communication with clients to build trust and long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management and client-servicing skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesKnowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, or transportationProficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with analytical skills to assess client requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field
