Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads building client relationships and achieving sales targets while promoting the company s products services Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through field visits cold calling networking and online research Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Present promote and sell products services to customers Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals Conduct market research to understand customer needs market trends and competitor activities Prepare and deliver sales reports forecasts and updates to the management team Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and after-sales support Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred Proven experience in sales or customer service 1-3 years Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools added advantage Willingness to travel as per business requirements Compensation Competitive salary Incentives Travel allowance if applicable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
