Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to manage credit facilities, debt syndication, and risk assessment for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in credit management, banking operations, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee credit facilities, including assessment, approval, and monitoring of loans and advances.
- Handle debt syndication processes and liaise with financial institutions.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of clients and propose appropriate credit limits.
- Monitor repayment schedules, delinquency, and recovery processes.
- Prepare credit reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for management.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on credit-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Ex-Banker with strong credit management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit management, debt syndication, or related banking roles.
- Strong analytical, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
